Concerned about my daughter

Hi,
I am writing here because I am a little concerned about what my daughter demonstrated two times.
I don't use any strategy when talking to her. It is just like, for most times with her I communicate with her in English. When with others, like her grandparents, I speak to her in Polish. That's all. It is not OPOL, it is not time or place method for speaking the second language. I thought that 90% of time I can speak with her in English. The more, the better, everyone would probably say here. So I thought that if I had chosen to speak only at home, I would have missed the opportunity to talk in the car, on a walk in the garden, and so on...
I think that my girl thinks that our language consists of words from two languages and that is our language.
I mean, when she says "apple" in English (which is easier to say than Polish: "jabłko") she just uses that word with everyone not accepting the Polish version. Recently when she learned the Polish word "miś" (bear), she came to me grinning, holding up the bear in her tiny hands, and I said to her: "Oh, you've come here with your bear?" Then she said: "No, no, no, miś, miś, miś, miś!!!"
Another example. When she learned to say "mummy" it was cool but a few days later she changed this to "mama" (Polish version). And again the same. When I say that mummy is here, she reprimands me for saying mummy. This is not mummy: "Mama, Mama, Mama, Mama." You've got it? (This is how I felt...)
Tell me please the truth. Does it mean that she has too little English exposure? What should I do?
She learns quite fast saying new English words and she repeats them. She answers to questions in English fairy tales when sitting at TV but it really concerns me... Help...
